Account Manager Intern — Sales & Onboarding

As an Account Manager Intern, you will learn consultative sales and account management by helping onboard new clinics and keeping them engaged, shadowing the Account Management team every step of the way. You'll work with the Account Management team, mentored directly by Chatti and our Account Managers. This role is a great fit for someone who isn't afraid to follow up one more time or ask a clinic for a next step, who is here to learn fast without needing prior experience, who likes to experiment and test new approaches rather than guess, and who has a bias to action even when the playbook isn't fully finished. Over the course of the internship, you will learn consultative and soft sales techniques, how to onboard a customer, account management and relationship-building, CRM discipline in Notion and pipeline stages, and how a healthtech company goes to market.
