General Intern
As a General Intern at heva, you don't need to have decided which team is the right fit yet — you're excited to contribute wherever you're needed most, whether that's Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Product/Platform. Based on your application and the team's current needs, you'll be matched with a team and mentor once you're in the process. This role is a great fit for someone who isn't afraid to jump into something new, who is here to learn fast without needing prior experience or a fixed idea of what they want to do yet, who likes to experiment with new approaches to see what works, and who has a bias to action even when the playbook isn't fully finished. Over the course of the internship, you will get exposure to how a healthtech startup actually runs day to day, build foundational skills in whichever team you're placed with (sales, marketing, customer success, or product/QA), and walk away with a clearer sense of the kind of work you enjoy and are good at.

What you'll do
- Complete the interview process so we can match you with the team and role that fits you best.
- Once placed, ramp up on that team's tools, playbooks, and ways of working (Notion CRM, dashboards, dialer, or design tools, depending on the team).
- Take on real, hands-on tasks from day one, with a mentor guiding you.
- Share feedback on your fit so we can adjust your placement if needed.
