Head of Product - New York City, USA
As the Head of Product at heva, you will define and lead the product strategy for the company’s next stage of growth. We are specifically looking for a design-native product leader—someone who began their career in product design, developed exceptional product intuition and systems thinking, and evolved into product leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who deeply understands product experience, user behavior, workflow design, and business outcomes. You will work directly with the CEO, engineering, AI, design, and operations teams to shape how our platform evolves across provider workflows, patient experiences, AI assistant behavior, payments, and operational infrastructure. This is not a traditional product management role centered around roadmap administration and stakeholder coordination. We believe the future of product leadership—especially in AI-native companies—belongs to leaders who combine: • product design taste • systems thinking • customer obsession • product strategy • execution rigor As an early product leader, you will help define not only what we build, but how product decisions get made at heva. You will spend approximately 40% of your time driving product strategy and execution, 30% working directly with customers and product discovery, 20% shaping product experience and workflow design, and 10% building the product organization.
